Services are available through a range of government funded and private options such as; Commonwealth Home Support Program, Home Care Packages, Veterans Home Care and Private services. Services are tailored to meet individual needs and preferences and our customers choose when and how services are delivered. Services and supports may include; help with personal care, mobility, medications, cleaning, social outings & companionship, transport, respite, gardening, technology support, access to Allied Health Services and clinical care. Our Coordination Team work closely with you to assist you to achieve the things that are important to you.
