Aged Care packages
Continence products for older Australians can be funded through various aged care packages. Aged Care, Home Care and Disability for Older Australians (DSOA) packages will vary and are assessed according to your needs. Continence Aids Payment Scheme (CAPS)
Many older Australians with or without a funding package, are eligible for the CAPS funding program. For approved participants
CAPS funds can be directly deposited into the participant's bank account, enabling you to shop the Topcat website by choosing your products, adding them to your cart, and seamlessly checking out using your personal banking information.
