Emma, our coordinator with Care Side ticks all the boxes .
She listens and acts quickly in a friendly but professional manner.
In fairness, we have only been with this company for several months.
So far ,we are happy to have cancelled our first provider as our needs were not met.
I hope this relationship continues to our mutual advantage
