Overview
Sydney Community Services provides health services and community connections that support seniors and people with disabilities in Lane Cove, Hunters Hill, Ryde and surrounds to live independently and safely in their own homes.
Services include in-home nursing and podiatry, delivered meals, shopping service and accompanied activities, domestic assistance - general house cleaning and linen service, gardening, home modifications and maintenance services, social calendar (including outings, lunches, movies, exercise, relaxation and games), medical transport, a Community Hub, and a range of Community Engagement and Participation programs for adults with disabilities.
SCS is an approved My Aged Care and NDIS services provider.
