Occupying its own secure precinct within the Tower Hill Residential Estate, Swan Hill Village has constructed the first stage of Independent Living Units located in Belah Mews. Our occupants have already moved in. Enquiry is now being taken so that you can be a part of this exciting lifestyle in the first Retirement Village in Swan Hill. 

Amongst our independent Living Units stands our Leisure Club, the hub of our community where the activities, events and fun is had.

Adjacent to Swan Hill Village is the Alcheringa, a 74-bed aged care facility. It provides an option for residents, if needed, to utilise services based on the Commonwealth Assessment Process for entry into this facility.
