Nestled in the tranquil Perth Hills, Sunshine Park is a retreat-style home close to local rose farms and cafés. Friendly atmosphere including several common areas where residents get together. There’s a ‘men’s den’ for the gents to enjoy Happy Hour drinks fortnightly, a lounge area with big TV, hair salon, and outdoor relaxation areas and gardens with a variety of plants, many of which have been planted by and tended to by our residents. So, if you have a green thumb, you will be welcome to help out! Resident birds and goldfish live in lovely courtyard enclosures.
