Overview
Serbian Social Services and Support Inc. was formed on the 18th of April 1995 and was funded by the Department of Human Services and Victoria Health State Government. Five years ago, the funding was changed to the Department of Health through the Federal Government.
As Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) service provider (entry level) we provide:
Social Support Group (SSG) activities, such as group gatherings, sending rosters to service users and
Social Support Individual (SSI) activities, such as visiting service users at home/hospital, and accompanied activities – taking clients to medical appointments, shopping, community venues, case works, welfare check.
