Established over half a century ago, Rosewood continues to provide exceptional care services to Western Australian seniors. We specialise in providing all levels of care for older people who require assistance in managing their everyday duties.

Our Leederville facility opened its doors in mid-2017, our modern Leederville location is home to 121 residents of varying medical backgrounds.

The external environment is also a notable feature of the facility. The size, proportion, texture and organisation of the spaces were carefully considered during the design process to integrate with the colourful landscaping.
