About
Right at Home is a Home Care Provider, servicing older Australians, people living with a disability, people recovering at home after a hospital stay, and all those needing in-home care.
Right at Home Offices are located throughout Queensland. Some of our offices are Registered NDIS Providers and offer disability support to all participants of the NDIS scheme. Our offices that are not Registered NDIS Providers can provide services to self-managed and plan-managed participants of the NDIS scheme.
Right at Home is also an approved My Aged Care, Home Care Packages Provider under the registration of 'Right at Home RightCare' and delivers services for Home Care Package clients from levels 1 to 4 including companion care, domestic support, personal care, and nursing care. The care we provide allows our clients to live independently and with dignity, providing peace of mind to both our clients and their families.
Right at Home, is dedicated to improving the quality of life for those we serve. As an organisation, we take a holistic approach to care, supported by an outcomes driven, measurable, care planning process. Care planning includes all aspects of a client’s wellbeing, including the vital socialisation aspects that support excellent mental health.
Right at Home focuses on the individual and their specific needs as opposed to a blanket approach where care is reduced to a list of tasks.
