We offer health and wellbeing services at three locations across metropolitan Adelaide.
Classes may include:
- Individual or group therapy
- Exercise classes
- Tai Chi/Chi ball
- Aquatherapy
- Falls/balance groups
- Social groups.
Therapies may include:
- Occupational therapy
- Nursing
- Physiotherapy
- Speech pathology
- Podiatry
- Counselling and social work
- Dietetics
- Continence management.
Support with a preventative, maintenance, reablement or restorative focus for chronic conditions such as:
- Heart health
- Parkinson’s

- Dementia

Services available
Resthaven’s rehabilitation and therapy services are designed to improve quality of life through rehabilitation, maintenance and ‘reablement’.
Join an exercise group, or learn to manage chronic conditions, such as stroke, Parkinson’s, heart health, diabetes or arthritis.
Resthaven’s qualified and registered allied health professionals can support your independence, providing services with a preventative, maintenance, or restorative focus.
Services may include:
- Occupational Therapy, Podiatry, Physiotherapy
- Day or overnight respite
- Medication management
- Nursing in-home
- Speech pathology
- Counselling and social support.
The government-funded Short-Term Restorative Care (STRC) Program provides short term support for older people to recover from health setbacks and regain their independence – and thus avoid a move into residential aged care.
