I would highly recommend VBL as the care, support and love they showed toward my late mother was beyond our expectations. Mum always had high praise for the care staff that she interacted with. She enjoyed the range of food options but was aware they couldn’t provide her with her favourite Chinese/Asian meals but we could take her out regularly to enjoy these. Mum’s room was furnished with a few items from her home and walls had a few of her favourite patchwork items and prints hung, along with family photos.
