IRH Residential Aged Care (ISOMER) is a purpose-built residential aged care facility in Lysterfield. It is a not for profit organisation established in 1997 by the local Muslim community (the Islamic Society of Melbourne Eastern Region).
It is a fully accredited, Government funded facility with provision for permanent and low level respite care.
