Cardinia Community Aged Care is Signature Care’s latest aged care home in Victoria. This home provides care and accommodation in individual wings with a village-like atmosphere and many premium amenities. There is a secure Unit to accommodate those residents living with dementia. Care is provided 24/7 by a team of dedicated Registered Nurses and qualified Care staff.
All bedrooms are private and elegantly furnished. They all include a private ensuite, ample storage, personally controlled air conditioning, a large Smart TV, King Single electric bed and external access to a furnished patio or balcony area. There are also interconnecting rooms available for couples.

We are situated on the north side of Princes Highway in Pakenham, 60 kilometres from the centre of Melbourne on approximately five acres of land. The site is only a few minutes’ walk to Pakenham township. A local bus service passes the site and rail service to Melbourne is provided in the town. We have our own small bus which goes on regular outings.The complex comprises 104 permanent residential aged care beds and includes one respite bed. Some residents in low care beds may be reclassified as high care and remain in the same accommodation via ageing in place.Millhaven Hostel provides accommodation for 50 residents, the Andrews & Greenfields Houses with 42 residents and Abrehart House has 12 beds in which care is given to those older people who have dementia and other related psychiatric disorders.
All rooms are single rooms with ensuites in all areas and there is a palliative care unit for families to use.
There are also eight two-bedroom independent living units as part of the facility. The units were recently completed with quality fittings throughout. Each unit can be shared by a couple, are disabled friendly and have access to a communal barbecue area in the community rotunda.Despite our plans to upgrade, we plan to keep the home friendly and relaxed, a safe work place and home where quality of life and excellent aged care is the ultimate goal.
