Tyler Village is a modern 75 bed facility with a secure dementia unit and is located in a peaceful and relaxed part of town. The facility is surrounded by open expanses of green grass and natural bush, with the luxury of still only being minutes from the heart of residential Prospect. Tyler Village is close to multiple doctor’s surgeries and is only a brief walk to the Prospect Vale Marketplace and Olde Tudor Shopping Complex. Regular local bus services are available to all city suburbs including the City Centre.Room Options

Team Structure
Our team consists of clinical staff and specialists including registered nurses and personal care assistants available on-call, 24-hours a day. A social care team deals with activities and therapy. Team members are passionate, caring and friendly and go above and beyond to build a genuine rapport with residents.

Dedicated specialists like podiatrists, optometrists and speech therapists make frequent visits, along with a contracted team of physiotherapists for mobility and pain management. Hairdressers come in weekly and are available by appointment, as are dieticians.
Food & Diet
Healthy and balanced meal choices are always available and prepared by a full-time chef, on-site. A variety of meals cater to resident’s preferences and dietary requirements. The menu changes weekly and is on a four-week rotation. Fresh food arrives throughout the week and is provided locally through the Oscar Hospitality Program.
Activities & Excursions
Entertainment is coordinated by the leisure and lifestyle team who look after events, concerts and activities which happen over a monthly social calendar. Bus trips to nearby locations happen twice a month.

Toosey is small local community based not-for-profit service servicing a predominantly rural community with a local Board of Directors.Toosey offers the residents of the Northern Midlands Community and surrounding areas, the opportunity to stay close to their families and friends and to age in the community they have lived and worked in during their lifetime.All services are delivered in accordance with the Aged Care Act.The services offered to our community comprise of the following: Permanent accommodation, providing all the care our residents require to maintain a high quality of life in a peaceful, caring and friendly environment.
