Perry Park overlooks the peaceful Onkaparinga River at Port Noarlunga and offers single rooms, secure memory support units providing specialist care for residents living with dementia and respite care. The air conditioned and open plan 'Mall' with its tranquil water feature and Corner Shop is the heart of Perry Park, bringing residents and families together for gatherings, lunches, Happy Hour and social billiards games.A well-appointed hairdressing salon, therapy room, and fully equipped gymnasium managed by a qualified person trainer are all on-site. Gardens, an outdoor courtyard and BBQ area complete the home.

The home provides care for 38 residents. Colton Court has unique self contained one bedroom cottages which are suited to couples and single residents. The cottages feature a generous lounge and kitchenette, plus combined laundry/ensuite. This arrangement allows you to live independently while still accessing the support and care you need. Other accommodation options include single rooms in a secure memory support unit specifically for people living with dementia. Four single rooms with private ensuites in a group setting complete Colton Court's accommodation.
