Support at Home offers a range of personalised services, from gardening to cleaning and personal care that promote independence, engagement in family and community activities, and help our clients enjoy a quality of life while living at home.Our support at home programs include a full range of services from domestic assistance to complex clinical and end-of-life care.
Therapy and Wellness programs are offered for individual clients and groups at Alwyndor, in client homes through our Mobile Wellness Vans, and at community venues across the Holdfast Bay area. Services offered include individual physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry, speech therapy and group classes.
Our Care Community is nestled just three minutes from the shores of Aldinga Beach. And Aldinga Central Shopping Centre is right across the road, with easy access to local amenities and transport.
