THE FACILITY
Located in Tewantin, our 175 bed residence offers single bed units which Include 65 secure beds for residents living with dementia. At Carramar, we offer a range of support and care services to help make the transition from independent to assisted living easier.
Each residential room has a private ensuite bathroom and garden area plus spacious communal living areas for socialising. Our buildings are air conditioned and centrally heated for the comfort of residents.
This facility is adapted to suit requirements and maintain a continuum of quality care.

Our recruitment and continuous learning ensures that we maintain an enviable level of care. We manage the health and well-being of our residents through on site visit by treating physicians and allied health professionals as required. Our facilities have a registered nurse on duty 24/7 in addition to extra support from clinical staff affording a more personalised and greater ratio of care to resident.

Short term respite accommodation is available for high and low levels of care to help provide relief for in-home carers who can take a break while we care for their loved ones.

Maryborough Community Aged Care is For Purpose Aged Care’s latest aged care home in Queensland, servicing the Fraser Coast region. This home provides care and accommodation in individual wings with a village-like atmosphere and many premium amenities. There are also two secure wings to accommodate those residents living with dementia. Care is provided 24/7 by a team of dedicated Registered Nurses and qualified Care staff.
