Founded by the Anglican Church Diocese in May 1969, St John’s has been an integral part of the Wangaratta community for over 50 years. The cafe is held every Wednesday afternoon, there is a weekly shopping trolley and happy hours. Leisure and lifestyle staff arrange outings for meals and events. A workshop group is hosted every week in a fully equipped workshop and there are vegetable gardens for residents with a green thumb.
