We have a memory care neighbourhood which provides a safe and inclusive environment for residents who are living with dementia. Care at Meadow Heights
We offer a relaxing environment with the compassionate and personalised care of 24/7 registered nurses. Our experienced leadership work alongside a capable and confident team to offer residential aged care, palliative care, dementia care and respite care. Allied health professionals also visit regularly. Our memory care neighbourhood provides an environment custom-designed to support the individual needs of residents who are living with dementia. We recognise that understanding the big and the little details about how you like to live each day is important to us – so that we can help you feel at home, have the right support and live your best life in our care.
Daily living at Meadow Heights
Our Care Community is a happy and loving place for people from all walks of life. When the sun’s out residents put their green thumbs to work in our raised garden beds and enjoy harvesting the fresh produce for our chef to cook up delicious cuisine from around the world. Our resident-run Hands of Friendship program helps new residents to adapt to life in our Care Community, and there is plenty to do with arts, craft and music all popular pastimes.
It’s an environment where you’re free to enjoy your interests, independently or with others, continue to learn and try new things, and participate in Meadow Heights life –so you can enjoy your day, your way.
Situated close to the Gladstone Park Shopping Centre, Hope Aged Care Gladstone Park, provides high level care to 82 residents.
Rooms are available in single or double configurations with ensuites. Our specialised dementia unit provides room and care for 14 residents. In addition to creating a comfortable and relaxing environment, we have also created a specialised dementia outdoor walkway, with beautiful soft pictures along all walls, allowing for a relaxing walking environment. In addition, North Western District Private Nursing Home also has four unfunded low care beds.
There are three lounge rooms, dining room and a large function room which is available for private family gatherings, meetings and spiritual worship. A comprehensive range of services is offered to residents. In addition to providing services from within our facility, access to a wide range of services operating within the wider local community is also available.
