I have lived here for over 4 years. My basic reactions are:
1. An outstanding staff -competent, caring, fully invoved
2. Rooms are clean and well appointed
3. Linen and other necessities clean and supplied regularly
4. Quick response to call buzzer
5. Gardens are amazingly goood, and safe to walk in.
6 Care is individualised
It is a large building with about 190 residents - low, high, dementia floors separate. Yet the challenges of upkeep are welll met.
