Mona Vale House is a few short blocks from the rolling waves on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. This modern home features interior designed living spaces, large private ensuite rooms, including flat screen televisions with Foxtel, air conditioning and large windows for natural light and views over leafy gardens. A large internal courtyard adds to the resort-style feeling of this beautiful home. The perfect place to relax with a drink while our on-site Chef prepares lunch or dinner.

Residents have 24-hour Registered Nurse assistance, and individually tailored care plans that change as needs evolve. Our lifestyle program includes exercise classes, beach walks, dancing, indoor bowls and ball games. You might like to join one of our twice-weekly bus trips, a reading group, mind strengthening games, bingo or art therapy. Of course there’s a men’s club and our ladies love the regular aromatherapy day spa.

Mona Vale House also offers internet access, on-site hair and beauty salon, physiotherapy and massage. General Practitioner services are available or your own doctor can visit at any time.
