Our In-Home Respite service offers peace of mind by providing reliable, personalised care to your loved one while you take a well-deserved break.A trained and compassionate Support Worker will visit your home to provide companionship and care, giving you the freedom to step out or simply relax while remaining nearby. Whether for a few hours or a regular schedule, our in-home respite is designed around your family’s needs.What We OfferDuring each visit, our Support Worker will ensure your loved one is safe, supported, and engaged. At Juniper, we’re all about supporting you to live the life you love, connected to your community. With the right supports you can continue living well at home independently for longer. We want to know your strengths and work out what goals you have so we can help determine what supports you need to reach these. Juniper’s friendly and compassionate team of support workers, nurses and allied health professionals including physiotherapists, occupational therapists and podiatrists, offer clinical, home and social support to maintain or regain your independence. Each of our Juniper clients are assigned their own client care advisor to get to know you and what support you need. Juniper offers services through your Home Care Package or Commonwealth Home Support Programme. Our friendly team can also help you navigate the system with a guided referral.
