Diversicare Transport Service Toowoomba & Warwick 

The Diversicare Transport Service provides assistance to eligible residents to maintain their independence and well being.

The program offers residents in Toowoomba and Warwick that are over the age of 65 years, transport services to attend local medical appointments, to do shopping and attend leisure and social activities.

The service is provided by a team of dedicated volunteer drivers. We provide both one way and return trips door to door.

• Clients must be eligible and registered with Diversicare Transport Service.
• For Toowoomba bookings are to be made directly with the office by telephone or email.
• for Warwick, client scan make bookings directly with the driver - 0428 552 604. 
• When making a booking, please have ready the date, time, address and approximate length of your appointment.
