Dementia Support Australia is a national service led by HammondCare, supported by funding from the Australian Government. Our experienced consultants provide advice and recommendations to carers of someone with dementia where behaviours are impacting their care.

Dementia Support Australia aims to:

• Improve the quality of life for people with dementia and their carers

• Up-skill, assist and support aged care providers in improving care for people with dementia and behaviours

• Ensure that care services for people with dementia are responsive to their needs and circumstances.

The Dementia Support Australia team are available 24/7, 365 days a week.
