Services and support which may be available:

• Personal: Bathing, showering, dressing, toileting, mobility and transfers.
• Dietary: Preparing meals, special feeding utensils, enteral feeding formula and equipment.
• Skin: Bandages, dressings, creams etc.
• Mobility: Crutches, wheelchairs, walking frames, walking sticks, lifting machines, bed rails, pressure mattresses, assistance with this equipment.
• Toileting: Disposable pads, commode chairs, bedpans or urinals, catheters or other urinary aides, enemas.
• Support: Cleaning, gardening, medical management, rehabilitation, 24 hour on-call support, transport for shopping, social and medical appointments, home maintenance, arranging social activities.
• Clinical: Nursing, podiatry, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech therapy, hearing and vision services, including other relevant referrals.
