CO.AS.IT. Aged Care Packages (VIC)
Overview
CO.AS.IT offers four levels of Aged Care Packages:
- Level 1 - basic care needs
- Level 2 - low level care needs
- Level 3 - intermediate care needs
- Level 4 - high level care needs.
CO.AS.IT also offers CHSP services:
- Flexible In-home Respite
- Domestic Assistance
- Personal Care
- Nursing
After an initial assessment conducted by a regional Aged Care Assessment Service which determines your eligibility to receive a particular level of package, CO.AS.IT can offer a personalised care plan, developed in partnership with you, or your representative and the Care Manager.
The care plan can be customised to your specific needs and requirements including a thorough nursing assessment from our qualified nursing team. Furthermore, most of our staff speak also Italian and understand the cultural ways of the Italian aged.
