My Mother has been a resident of Bupa Aged Care, Bankstown for a number of years. We could not have wished for a better facility for Mum to be at. The place is immaculate, the staff are first class, and take great pride in their jobs, and show great love for all the residents. The reception staff are always friendly and make you feel very welcome. ALL the staff go out of their way to ensure the families of the loved ones are kept informed about any issue that should arise, and more importantly, give us the opportunity to make suggestions on their care plans, meals etc. I would highly recommend Bupa Bankstown to any family needing to place a loved one in care. You could not ask for better.
