As a Benetas client, you’ll have a dedicated group of Benetas staff delivering a high quality standard of care, providing comfort and peace of mind when welcoming them into your home. Our experienced team build genuine, kind and caring relationships with you and those you care about. You'll have face-to-face advice and support; and there's always have someone to talk to along the way. We get to know you, and assist you in designing a Care Plan that meets your assessed needs and unique goals to support you to be yourself.
We are your go-to source of advice. We assist you to navigate the Home Care system, including My Aged Care and the government funding process. We connect you with clear and relevant information so you can make informed choices, even before you are a Benetas client. Your best interests are our priority.

No need to wait. At Benetas, we don’t let the red tape slow us down. In fact, if you choose to privately fund your services, we’re often able to start providing Home Care within 3-5 business days.
