Overview
Bellarine Community Health (BCH) is the major provider of primary health services to the Bellarine Peninsula including allied health, community nursing, palliative care, and public dental services.
The Social Support Program supports people to connect to their community, live independently in their home for as long as possible. We welcome people from diverse backgrounds with provisions for individual and cultural needs.
The social and recreational activities for adults, support them to:
