Home Care Packages (HCPs)
Our personalized Home Care Packages are designed to help you maintain your independence and remain in the comfort of your home for as long as possible. Home Care Package service operates seven days a week, including access to 24 hour support. Examples of the services we provide include housework and gardening, transportation, laundry, personal care, shopping and medication supervision, social support and Registered Nurse care.
The level of care that individual client receives is dependent on the Home Care Package that has been approved and assigned to the individual client.
