Alzheimer's WA Younger Onset Dementia Services

People who are under 65 and have a diagnosis of dementia broadly meet the eligibility criteria to access support through the NDIS. 

Alzheimer’s WA is an NDIS service provider and also offers Support Coordination and Service Coordination. Once you have a plan approved and supports identified you can access services through Alzheimer’s WA with staff experienced in assisting people living with Younger Onset Dementia
