Rockingham Aged Care Home is located on Langley Street in Rockingham, less than an hour’s drive from Perth. It’s a family-oriented home with light, open areas and a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
For your peace of mind, we provide 24-hour care by Registered Nurses who are supported by a dedicated team of personal carers (PCAPs). We have the expertise to assist with complex care requirements, and will always discuss your care with you and your family.
Rockingham Aged Care Home was recently awarded a Better Practice Award for their palliative care program. They provide a holistic approach to palliative care which balances proactive clinical care with compassionate personal support, not only for the resident, but for their families as well.
Rockingham has two attractive garden areas, enabling safe access to external areas. Shade sails and pergolas provide increased comfort in the winter months. Residents, their families and friends can enjoy the beautiful rose garden and lawn area accessed via the dining room and the activities room. Meanwhile the internal courtyard has raised garden beds so interested residents can assist with gardening projects.
Weather permitting, residents are encouraged to spend time outside participating in planned activities, or just relaxing. In summer, our residents enjoy our barbeques - our barbeque is available on request for residents to share a meal with their family and friends on weekends or for special occasions.
