A free, confidential, client-directed service providing:

Information and advocacy for people receiving home or residential care.
Assisting older people to access services, including navigating MyAgedCare.
Free education sessions for community members and groups.
The WA Elder Abuse Helpline for anyone at risk of, or experiencing, elder abuse - Call 1300 724 679
Community Visitors Scheme providing friendship and companionship to older people

We assist older people to understand their rights, resolve any issues with aged and community care service provision, and access the right supports and protections available.

We will not intervene or take any action without the older person's consent.
