At Accent Home Care, we believe your home care should be personal, respectful, and match your unique needs and culture. That's why we take the time to understand what matters most to you and how you prefer things to be done.
We have been supporting the community with Home Care Packages since 2007. For over 50 years we have provided accommodation options for older adults in our retirement village and residential care facility, as part of Tabulam and Templer Homes for the Aged.
We are an approved provider of:
- Entry level care - Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), which includes domestic assistance, in home nursing, personal care and social outings with our social support group.
- Complex care - Home Care Packages (HCP), We assign you a Care Advisor to sit down with you and your family, listen to your needs and goals, and create an individualised and flexible care plan. The Care Advisor provides guidance and support now and into the future, responding as your needs change. We have four level of HCPs where our entry level package provides occasional care to our complex care packages.
- Carer Respite Services and support people with the Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme.
