In close proximity to the harbour and Northern Beaches, Bupa Seaforth is a unique home with plenty of onsite amenities. This large home accommodates 76 residents in superior accommodation with quality single ensuite rooms.
All rooms offer high quality furnishings and include TV and telephones. With a Medical and Wellbeing Centre located in the same building, we can offer access to a holistic approach to your health and care. We are focused on caring for older Australians, providing GP consultations and individual and group physiotherapy services.
The home also features a secure dementia support community for those with specialised care needs.

At this home we have Sapphire Services, an additional services package to enable residents to regularly receive a variety of entertainment, dining and wellbeing services, to add more choice to your days.

Some activities that you will have the opportunity to get involved with include: cognitive activities including puzzles, in-home entertainment with music, trips to the beach and picnics in the park, exercise classes including group physiotherapy classes focusing on strength and balance and cooking and baking activities in our specially equipped dining room kitchens on Level 1.

Make yourself at home in these spacious 27 -29 sqm bedrooms with plenty of natural light and a private ensuite bathroom. Rooms have been finished to a high standard with superior lighting, blinds and curtains for privacy. All rooms are fully air-conditioned with 24 hour nurse call system. Furnishings include an armchair, king single bed, bedside table and fitted wardrobe. Ensuite bathrooms are large and include streamlined large vanity and basin providing extra storage, glass panel shower and toilet with handrail. Flat screen TVs, Wi-Fi and a telephone are also provided in each room. These rooms are larger than the others in the home allowing for additional furniture. Payment options for accommodation cost
For flexibility, there are four ways you can pay for your accommodation.
Option 1 - Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) Instead of paying for your accommodation as a lump sum, you can choose to pay a daily fee. The amount you pay is calculated based on the MPIR (maximum permissible interest rate, set by the Australian Government) current on the day you move into permanent care.
Option 2 - Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) This option is a lump sum accommodation payment. The full amount of the deposit is refunded when you leave the aged care home less any amounts you have agreed to deduct.
Option 3 - Combination Payment Part refundable accommodation deposit (RAD) and part daily accommodation payment (DAP), with the part RAD being refunded when you leave the aged care home.
Option 4 - Drawdown Payment This option is like the combination payment, but the daily accommodation payment component is deducted from your refundable accommodation deposit. The balance of the deposit is refunded when you leave the aged care home.
